Of course, we understand that - we change our minds sometimes too! Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel orders retrospectively. But don't worry: If you don't like the items, simply send them back within 30 days - you will get your money back as soon as we have received and accepted your return. Be sure to email us beforehand (info@jagua24.de) stating which items you would like to return and the order number.

If you would like to return your product, please send it postage paid to:

Please make sure that the item is packaged in such a way that it arrives undamaged.

Excluded from voluntary return are:

• Already opened items (the small protective packaging must be unopened)
• Products that are dirty or damaged

Basically, you bear the costs of the return transport.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

It may take a few days for us to process your return and for you to receive the refund.

These regulations apply regardless of your right of withdrawal!
